The “E-CODE E-LEARNING FOR COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT” project aimed to adapt and transfer to the Credit and Employment Services Sector the competence based methodological model and the “E-CODE” web application developed during the EUTRANEX – European Training networks of Excellences Project, Leonardo da Vinci Programme – Transnational Networks, code I-04-BF-NT-154094, to:

  • “define competences”;
  • “determine needs”;
  • “design”;
  • “deliver training”.

The “E-CODE” application allows you to collect, organize and capitalize materials and tools in a large “process- based educational container” that, by integrating technological, cognitive, pedagogical and organizational aspects creates an interactive e-learning system providing multimedia training based on experience, with collaborative, personalized learning, that can be easily correlated to elements of operational and behavioral competence.

The products developed during the E-Code Project with the help of national and international partners, include:

  • a multilingual application to diagnose, design and deliver training programmes;
  • a solid training model tested in banking environments and in job centres;
  • a series of virtual learning environments;
  • e-learning training courses accompanied by ad hoc animated scenes;
  • a guide to use the application;
  • a project management platform;
  • a multilingual project website
