OBJECTIVES

The objective of the initiative is to:

  • provide innovative models and languages to develop excellence, with particular reference to musical intelligence;
  • generate and aliment consensus, mobilize energies, motivate and lead to conscious participation on business goals.

 

The experiential training intends to offer new perspectives to interpret themes concerning leadership, innovation and the development of the spirit of initiative in business contexts.
The grasping of concepts is enhanced by the involvement of participants in musical activities, in production or guided improvisation, singing and with easy-to- use percussion instruments.
The activities aim to pilot team building exercises, with particular attention on alternation in leadership, the roles of guidance and support in the construction of one’s ideas based on others’ ideas, develop creativity, etc…

CONTENTS

The initiative is based on the correlation between the role of an orchestra conductor and the role of a business manager and allows participants to analyse:

  • Different leadership styles, by analysing film clips of great conductors
  • The qualities and limitations encountered in the current needs of business organizations
  • Leadership as a lever to enhance the capabilities of employees and stimulate their spirit of initiative
  • The musical mind as a resource to create innovation in business organizations, facilitating the implementation of effective strategies
