OBJECTIVES
The experiential model, through a process of awareness, testing “at sea”, reflection and learning, will enable participants who are duly assisted by trainers, to sublimate valorial, cognitive and emotional spheres, by experiencing sailing and managing a catamaran that creates constraints, will enhance personal qualities in an evocative, engaging and highly participatory setting.
The course proposes, therefore, to provide participants with the skills to:
