The “Pathways to Work” project aimed to:

  • analyze the specific needs of immigrants and ethnic minorities seeking employment
  • develop a free, online training course to help young immigrants to enter the labour market or to improve their employment status
  • design and test informative/formative  web-based tools to support young immigrants who want to find a job that best reflects their skills, qualifications and experience.

Learning environment

The online course consists of five modules divided into self-consistent sub-modules, that can be taken in any order, although we recommend taking them progressively.

Each section contains tests and exercises to help immigrants to acquire the knowledge to prepare for an interview and look for new career or employment opportunities.
