VESTA

The VESTA – Artificial Intelligence for Vocational Excellence and Skill Training project is funded by the Erasmus + Program with agreement number: 2024-1-PL01-KA220-VET-000249104

The VESTA project aims to provide a renewed synergy between SMEs and VET actors centred on methods and technologies to reduce the mismatch between the demand for skills expressed by production systems and the supply generated by VET. EU SMEs will be able to undergo digital transformation, overcoming resistance and routine, to face global competition and seize opportunities in international markets.

The project implements the following priorities:

• Contributing to innovation in vocational education and training
• Addressing digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity
• Adapting vocational education and training to labour market needs

The main project objectives are:

1. Innovate VET by equipping SMEs and VET Providers with a common techno-methodological toolkit to analyse and
   diagnose training needs.
2. Align resources of SME sales functions and VET analysts/designers on methodologies to exploit AI in sales management.
3. Disseminate the VESTA application and related tools to reduce sales management skill mismatch.
4. Foster lifelong e-learning for professionals in sales management within VET through access to OER for the effective use of
   the VESTA application.
