The “Interactive 3D” project aimed to develop a set of CD ROMs – online training tools – allowing improved access to training for young people, women, ethnic minorities and the disabled. The CD is interactive, three-dimensional and allows users to choose their “mentor” from among the five available. The project is for workers or middle managers of SMEs working in the fields of IT, business and tourism.
The project also aims to support young people, women, ethnic minorities and unemployed disabled people or those seeking employment in the reference areas in administrative and managerial fields.
