IDEA – INTERNATIONALIZATION & DIGITALIZATION EUROPEAN APPROACH

The IDEA – Internationalization & Digitalization European Approach project responds to the EU SMEs’ strong need to enter, develop and remain in international business. Idea addresses a topic of transnational relevance with a multi-actor partnership, which will co-elaborate a continuing vocational training program, to be adopted in European countries.

Idea is an action of European relevance that enables the evolution of the VET training supply and generates significant impact by fostering innovation in VET, and nurturing innovation capacity and competitiveness of EU and MS. The project aims to enhance the valuable skills and knowledge of digital cross-cultural international business management, for the benefit of the corporate population of small and medium-sized enterprises, in the countries of the transnational partners.

The project objectives are:

• To increase the digital, international business management skills of 80 workers of SMEs in Slovenia, Poland, Italy, Spain and Greece;
• To align a group of trainers in two international mobilities;
• To co-elaborate a European, blended training supply in line with the needs of workers to improve their opportunities in the globalized economy;
• Pilot the training course with 80 workers from European SMEs involved in the partnership.
