ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR COMPETENCES AND LEARNING
The CLAIM – Artificial Intelligence for Competences and Learning is a project funded by the Erasmus + Program with agreement number: 2023-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000156965.
The CLAIM project aims to innovate VET by equipping SMEs and VET Providers with a common techno-methodological toolkit to analyse and diagnose training needs, align resources of SME HR functions and VET analysts/designers on methodologies to exploit AI in people management , disseminate the CLAIM model and relative tools to reduce digital, green and internationalisation skill mismatch and foster lifelong e-learning of VET and HRM actors with access to OER to manage the CLAIM model.
The project implements the following priorities:
- Contribute to innovation in vocational education and training
- Digital transformation by expanding digital knowledge, resilience and skills
The main project objectives are:
- .Equip SMEs and VET Providers with AI-based tools to reduce skill mismatch
- Foster accessibility over time in a permanent e-learning perspective of targets to a plurality of OERs
- Reduce the distance between VET and production systems aligning a resource pool of SME HR functions and VET analysts/designers on AI applied to people management
- Disseminate to a wide range of SMEs and VET Providers the CLAIM model to reduce the digital, green and internationalisation skill mismatch
