The Hi-TEACH – A NEW TRAINER TEACHING FRAMEWORK IN THE POST-COVID ERA<\/strong> project\u00a0focuses on the development of digital and methodological competences of a pool of teachers from 6 EU countries of 12 universities (IT, EL, ES, SI, PL, AT) favouring their evolution towards the role of Hi-Teacher, capable of presiding over hi-tech teaching equipment and applying inclusive web-based teaching methods that look to the use of audiovisuals and gaming as experimental grounds for introducing elements of flexibility, simplicity, accessibility, interactivity and personalisation, which are key indicators of quality in open learning.<\/p>\n

The project strategy envisages the implementation of the following activities:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • the co-development of a Learning Programme as a didactic framework for training trainers to develop the target competences<\/li>\n
  • the realisation of Open Educational Resources that will support and extend the learning of the learning programme contents over time<\/li>\n
  • The design of an e-Teacher Toolkit focused on Movie Education and Game-Based didactics with case histories and supporting tools.<\/li>\n
  • the realisation of a mobility session for the teachers who are beneficiaries of the project to foster a methodological, technical and didactic upskilling process on methodological innovations to be introduced in university contexts on an experimental basis for the benefit of a panel of students and subsequently on a systemic basis through transfer to the teaching staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
