The project aims to provide:
- a training tool for corporate trainers involved in vocational “on the job” training;
- a collaboration tool for all those involved in transnational, vocational “on the job” training (educators, trainees, trainers…)
TUTOR-RING is for:
- companies, organizations and training centers that deal with transnational, vocational training through work placements for their trainees, students or adult trainees.
- All people involved in “on the job” training, that is:
A) business mentors – defined as those who, in collaboration with trainers in training bodies, have to assist and help trainees during a training period in a company
B) teachers and educators in schools and training centers that collaborate with tutors.
C) final beneficiaries of transnational “on the job” vocational, training (young people in initial training and adult education).
